Oats
Oats have been rated in the top 20 healthiest foods you can eat by renowned nutritionist Rosemary Stanton. They are also listed in the top 10 foods for health by the National Herbalists Association of Australia.
Oats are an excellent source of soluble fibre. A number of scientific studies have shown that the soluble fibre in oats can assist in lowering cholesterol levels in the blood stream. Soluble fibre feeds the good bacteria in the large intestine maintaining balance and resistance against disease.
Fruit
Fruit is also a good source of soluble fiber particularly, pears, oranges, peaches, apricots and apples.
Yoghurt
Our yogurt is made in the traditional natural set method using probiotic cultures- bacteria that is beneficial to digestion, health and nutrition.
It is free from preservatives or thickeners. Yogurt is a rich source of calcium- essential for muscle function, nervous system function and of course in building bone.
